We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch.

Free shipping on every order — no minimum required.

United States: 9–11 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume, especially during the holiday season.

Holiday orders: For Christmas delivery, please order by December 4.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem — just email us at support@warmaya.store within 12 hours of ordering, using the same email address you used at checkout.

Please note: We process most orders quickly. Because of this fast turnaround, there's only a small window to cancel before your order is dispatched.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll issue a full refund right away.
If it has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it — but don't worry, you're still covered by our 30-day return policy.
